Importance of Meditation and Self hypnosis .

Self Meditation and Self Hypnosis is a good technique to have a control over own desires , It can also be a solve to control our own mind and soul.



Use a candle in a dark room and keep on looking at it , initially you will feel unrest but after practicing it for a number of times ,it will become easy. This will help to have a control over your mind and help you to focus in your goal in life. This will also help you to face any adverse situations in a positive way. You will not have any anger and you will create a better environment around you.

The same technique can be practiced outdoors as well. As for example, keep on looking at the tip of a single leaf of the tree or the tip of a single grass. Regular practice will help you to master the technique. This technique enables one to concentrate easily and also helps students to give a better result in the examination as it helps to reduce stress and enhance thier performance.

Religious meditation technique, is a much complicated technique in which one must master various forms and posture of the body along with the respiration .In the commonest technique followed, is to close the eyes and concentrate at the glabella or the third eye !

During any of this forms one must keep all the other feelings away and they should never think of their present/Past/Future tensions, as this will divert their mind away from the practice.



How does these technique helps ? :: Increases the mental steadiness and helps to built concentrating power thus enabling us to have a control over our mind . This Facilitates to improve the efficiency of the brain as it causes the inert portion of the brain to function better(It activates the neurons by sending stimuli ) .



Stages and how to understand ,is it working for you or not …Ex : Candle technique

1. start concentrating at the candle tip.

2. gradually you will find blurring of the vision.

3. concentrate harder and you will soon find the blurring of vision will go away.

4. next you will find that the tip of the candle will get brightened and you will find that you are not requiring to blink any longer .

5. at top most level of your concentration –you won’t blink nor will have any eye irritation. you will find your body num and senseless .at this very moment the little candle kept at one corner of the room will look magnified .

6. your head will soon get heavy and you will feel heavy and sleepy.

7. this is the indication that the optimum level has been reached.

8. Now gradually deepen your inhalation and exhalation and gradually come back to normal state.

9. Lie down without a pillow on the ground or flat surface with your eyes closed .




Effects:

This procedure will relax your mind and gradually it will help to deepen your concentration.

By this technique you will master another technique that is to gain access in another man’s/woman’s heart or Mind i.e. you will become a successful mind reader. Actually mind reading is a technique to predict the behavioral pattern of another person successfully. This can only be done only if one can increase their observation power of face ( eyes and facial expressions), by looking at them one can predict the next move of the person. This is a common technique used in martial arts too , the fighters predicts the next move of the opponent even without looking at them.



I believe "Face is the mirror of one’s soul!" and by practicing the above technique one will be easily satisfy the person sitting in front and even know about them -- As we can easily read the mind of the other. It will also helps to enhance once SELF-COUNSELING ability.

The next technique to master is to master own hearing ability . For this you just need to close your eyes and try to hear a particular kind of sound at a time.. Example – A bird, or a whistle etc . Gradually one gets the ability to filter off the Noise and this too enhances Concentration power.

Try it By looking deeply in their eyes and Don’t blink. Keep looking and talking to the person . Remember the steps are similar to the candle technique. Soon you will find that the person sitting opposite to you will feel un-easy and will try to move away ,If you continue this process it will result in a Hypnosis .



Sedation- Hypnosis is a Different technique and is not for self-practicing and don’t try it in your home .





**REMEMBER: Before doing any of this in your room, you must inform any other person to keep an eye on you for any abnormal behavior must not be considered to be normal and Might be SOS State ( only For a novice practitioner : Symptoms like that in Epileptic patients,This can be result due to the hyper active state of the body and the person can get choked ) !! .These technique is not just a game So Initially one must be very careful .
